Governor Livingston (Union) made modern New Jersey history with a 40-game winning streak before falling 2-1 in extras at Johnson on April 11. They had just edged Scotch Plains-Fanwood 9-8 on April 9. Now 6-1. Zach Geertsma leads the charge.
DePaul Catholic (Passaic) lost 12-9 to Brick Memorial in 8 innings on April 11 — J.C. Pacheco hit two home runs, Jason Amalbert pitched the late innings. DePaul remains a Passaic County powerhouse at approximately 11-4.
